I just used Chicago Wheel to repair a tire that had a bolt in it. I called when they opened and they got me right in, they plugged, patched, and mounted the tire for a great price! I dont usually leave reviews but the customer service here is excellent, they put my wheels on two years ago and I had a great experience then as well. The manager Joe does a great job of representing their company, he was friendly, honest, and attentive with me which is a rare thing these days. This place is run really well and they will be getting all of my wheel and tire buisness moving forward!!!

I’d been driving on an expired spare tire (from 2009 and expired in 2019! Replace your donuts every 6-10 years!) since New Year's after hitting the gnarliest pothole I’ve ever encountered. Due to financial constraints, I couldn’t get my aluminum alloy rim looked at immediately, but after seeing the stellar reputation of Chicago Wheel Service, I finally made the call. I spoke with Joe Wolf, who was incredibly professional, transparent, and thorough. He walked me through the entire diagnostic process, making it clear that if the rim wasn't safe to repair, he’d tell me upfront rather than just taking my money. ​Luckily, the damage to my stock rim was only surface-level. Joe was a total champ—he got the spare off, repaired the rim, and had me back on the road in about an hour and 5 minutes. The time flew by in their clean, stylish, and comfortable waiting room. This service does great work! I had peeled curbed and major corrosion on my 22 inch polished aluminum Escalade wheels. I thought my wheels were trash and this company completely reconditioned them to bare metal straightened and painted black. Wish I had before pics! Much improved and probably better than OEM GM quality. Very good customer service. Extremely satisfied.
